thangalaan (transl. The Child of Gold) is a forthcoming Indian Tamil-language authentic activity show movie coordinated by Dad. Ranjth iand created by K. E. Gnanavel Raja under Studio Green and Neelam Creations. The film stars Vikram in the nominal job, close by Pasupathy, Parvathy T hiruvothu, Malavika Mohanan, Daniel Caltagirone and Harikrishnan Anbudurai.

The film was formally declared in December 2021

under the conditional title Chiyaan 61, as it is Vikram's 61st film as a lead entertainer, and the authority title was reported in October 2022. Head photography initiated that very month. It was shot irregularly in a few legs, with shooting areas including Chennai, Andhra Pradesh, Madurai, Karnataka, and wrapped by early-July 2023. The film has music made by G. V. Prakash Kumar, cinematography dealt with by A. Kishor Kumar and altering by Selva RK.

Thangalaan was at first planned to deliver on 26 January 2024

corresponding Republic Day, yet was deferred as the producers maintained that it should be screened at film celebrations before the dramatic delivery. Delivering in April 2024 in theaters is currently booked.

Premise

Set during the English rule in India, Thangalaan, an ancestral pioneer, goes on a brave battle against the English, after they plot to hold onto his territory for gold mining.[1]
